   We resolve the address the way the city does

   Every NYC property has a Borough-Block-Lot (BBL) and buildings carry a Building Identification Number (BIN). Your address is resolved against official parcel data — the same identifiers the DOB files under — so findings attach to the right building, not a lookalike address.

   We sweep every relevant record system at once

   DOB permits and job filings, DOB NOW build filings, DOB violations, ECB/OATH violations, and complaints — decades of records across systems that don't share identifiers or status language, swept in one pass and re-indexed daily.

3. 03

   Closeout rules turn records into answers

   Raw records lie: a 1994 permit isn't a problem, but an expired permit on a job that never got signed off is. Our rules join permits to parent jobs, reconcile status vocabularies across systems, flag stale filings, and score what actually blocks a sign-off, Letter of Completion, or CO.

   Unlock the full report when you need the specifics

   The lookup and risk profile are free. When you need the record numbers, current statuses, filing dates, and the cure checklist — everything your attorney or expediter will ask for — unlock the report with a credit. The membership includes one credit every month (they roll over); unlocked reports are yours for good.

5. 05

   The dog keeps watch

   Members watch up to 5 properties, re-checked daily. A new violation, a status change, a complaint that turns into an inspection — you get the alert while it's still cheap to deal with.
